Shipping and Returns


Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days of checkout. Please note, during high volume times of year or on national holidays, orders may take a little longer to process. Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation and tracking number for your order to the email address or mobile number provided at checkout. If you placed your order through Facebook, you will receive your shipping confirmation via Facebook Messenger.

Here are our available shipping options and rates. Please note, these do not account for shipping time to Alaska or Hawaii as these shipments often experience delays. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses

We do ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Shipping time may very.

PO Box Shipments

Yes, we are able to ship to PO Boxes.

International Shipment

We cannot ship internationally at this time.

Shipping Insurance

Lost, Damaged or Missing Packages

Should your order be lost, stolen or damaged upon receipt, please email and we will do our best to assist you.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

We cannot ship to multiple addresses. If shipping to multiple addresses, please place an order for each address separately.

In-Store and Curbside Pick Up

We are unable to offer in-store pick-up at this time.


To return an item to us, the item must have been purchased from our site as well as be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, and have all original tags and parts attached. All returns must be sent back within 10 days of the order being received. We do not provide prepaid return labels for returns. Final sale items cannot be returned for store credit. 

All sale and clearance items are considered final sale and may not be returned for a refund or store credit.

Gift Cards

We are able to offer gift cards for all of your gifting needs.


We are able to offer exchanges for items that comply with our return policy. To make an exchange, please email Customers are responsible for the return shipping, but Kristina Cole Designs will cover the shipment of the exchange item.

Return Request Process

To return your item, please make sure it aligns with our return policy above and ship it back to us via the shipping method of your choice in the original packaging. Please retain your tracking for your records and to track your refund. Return shipping methods will not be refunded by Kristina Cole Designs.
